I have learned from recovery that healing is not for someone that NEEDS it, healing is for someone who WANTS it. Healing can be compared to hygiene: if you don’t take care of yourself daily, things start to get “funky.” This is not just physical; this is mental, emotional, social, financial, spiritual. What made the difference in my healing journey was self-discovery and daily self-care.
If I asked you who are the top three people you love? The top three people you take care of? And the top three people you talk to the most? If your name was not on that list, you are here for a reason. When I started loving myself, taking care of myself, and changing the way I talked to myself, my healing journey changed drastically. I learned how to set boundaries and learned what self-care REALLY is. I’d love to connect with you to help guide your healing journey to be smoother and to help you achieve your dreams easily and with full support.
I would like to offer the first initial self-discovery call, private or group, without any commitments to see if I am a good fit for what you are looking for, until it feels like an aligned decision 🙂
