Sometimes, we reach a point in our lives where we just want to feel better. The stress of daily life combined with the complications of relationships and our histories can make it difficult to feel connected, whole, and peaceful. When we experience trauma and ongoing stress in life, we develop habits, beliefs, and cycles that sometimes cease to serve us any longer. In therapy, we focus on reframing those core beliefs that have impacted our views of ourselves and the world around us.
