Struggling with grief, anger, worry, sadness or that feeling of not being “enough” are a common part of the human experience. When they disrupt the way we relate to the world (our families, friends, or job, social environment) it can feel isolating and terrible. I am a hope-healer and can help you find your way out of the difficult headspace you’re in. I use EMDR and talk therapy to help clients process their experiences in a new way. This can help dramatically reduce their symptoms of distress and return them to a state of confidence and contentedness.
