Our clinical team offers unique approaches to treatment. Together we will determine what approaches will best serve your needs. You may want to combine services and some days you may want to engage in a different way than our previous session. The Strength in Motion clinical team specializes in working with tweens, teens and young adults. While our clinicians have different areas of expertise, we are a mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, movement focused practice combining traditional and non-traditional therapeutic modalities to best meet your needs.
We offer a combination of mindfulness-based approaches, skills training, movement, walk & talk therapy and traditional psychotherapy. We utilize therapeutic modalities such as DBT | Dialectical behavior therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, Somatic psychotherapy, EMDR and trauma-informed practices to best serve our client’s needs.
Within the Strength in Motion wellness community we believe in a mind, body and soul approach towards finding and sustaining balance. We aim to serve as a safe and familiar place where you and your family can arrive to nurture, explore and receive services that benefit you in thriving.
