Do you feel like nothing you do is ever right or that you have to put yourself last to make sure everyone else in your life is taken care of? Maybe you’ve been struggling with self-criticism or setting appropriate boundaries, either with yourself or with others. Life is hard enough without us getting in our own way. You deserve to live a life that is in line with your values or priorities; a life filled with joy and success, however, you want to define it. I help people learn to see their true potential and to use their strengths to make changes in their lives. I also help people learn to live in the present moment and to find peace in the current situations they find themselves in. I work with older teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, disordered eating, assertiveness/boundary setting, self-criticism, and family/relationship conflicts.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I graduated with my master’s degree in social work in 2016. I also hold bachelor’s degrees in psychology and multicultural queer studies. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cuddling with my cat, and going on walks with my wife and dog.
